Town centre regeneration project involving the promotion of the Middle Street car park site owned by Torbay Development Agency for the development of a mixed-use scheme comprising a 45,000 sq.ft. foodstore, non-food unit shops, housing and a 310 space multi-storey car park.
Albourne was granted preferred developer status following tender and detailed planning consent was secured in April 2014.
Following the withdrawal of the proposed food retailer, Albourne is reviewing the scheme content with Torbay and remains committed to the delivery of this important town centre scheme.
